AJ's for Days

Went out looking for Snapper back in the Special Snapper Season in November.  First time out we found about 30 Amberjacks each about an inch shy of keeper status.  

 

Beat it Rig Donkey.

We did manage to land 1 keeper Snapper.  Cut into small chunks and put into a ziploc bag with some lemons, limes, soy sauce, onions, bell pepper and special seasonings.  Massage and let sit out 20 minutes.  Open bag and consume.  Repeat, slap mammy. Recipe Courtesy Jeep, Captain and Chef.

Went back the next week and found the Snapper.  I'll get those up soon.
