GOOD SIPPIN'

The Bootlegger Irish Stout is now ready to consume., it had a little more carbonation than what we wanted, but it is still a pretty good irish stout....it definetly has some hop bitterness to it, which was a nice suprise....all in all, a tasty cold beverage for the thirsty man returning home from the work day....

I good friend of mine and the local guy around here that sells me all my brewing supplies sent me this email yesterday, i figured you would appreciate it:

This is the best description of why we do, what we do. It's a short video produced by Greg Koch of Stone Brewing.

Rabb what program did you use to make that?

Sweet logo...thank ya

The program I used is called Adobe Illustrator. They make it for PC, although most people run it on a mac. Mac afforded me lots of small conveniences so I was able to make that logo in about 10 minutes. There would be a few extra steps on a PC, but nothing too inconvenient. It's basically Photoshop's sister, if he had one.

Glad you like it Clark.

Illustrator works with vectors instead of pixels. These are basically curves of lines instead of actual pixel lines. That is why the image can be resized in the popup window without losing quality. Its a pretty need concept. I would recommend reading about vector images vrs raster images if you are interested at all in graphic design.
